Ensures all committee posts and team manager posts are appropriately filled (in line with the club constitution)
Custodian of the Club Constitution and Rules and their apppcation
Ensures the club is forward thinking and focussed to achieve its goals
Lead officer for the club in all respects
Produces an annual report for the club AGM
- Vice Chairman
To carry out specific duties and activities as agreed with the Chairman
To deputise for the Chairman as required
- Club Development Officer
To ensure the full integration of the new club by leading, directing and supervising integration activities
Responsible for the Development Plan for the club
Introduces initiatives in all areas of the club which helps build and sustains the club to a high standard of performance and achievement e.g. continuity from junior to senior football; better coaching throughout the club
To oversee the achievement and maintainance of FA Charter Community Club status
- Finance Secretary
To present the club accounts in accordance with the guidepnes in the club constitution
To provide a financial strategy for the club e.g. policy, practice, signatories, bank accounts, income & expenditure approaches, fee structure etc.
Provides an annual statement for the annual AGM
- Club Secretary
The channel for all correspondence – in and out of the club
Keeps the club database for all members of the club e.g names, addresses, contact numbers etc, mindful of any Data Protection obligations
Prime club contact for outside bodies e.g. leagues, FA – name that goes in the handbooks
Provides the minutes for committee meetings – sends out agenda, papers etc
- Social Media Secretary
Collates information to be shared on Club Social Media sites
7. Newsletter Coordinator
Collates information and stories to be sent out in the monthly newsletter.
- Senior Section Contact
The liaison between the senior section and the executive committee
- Youth Team Contacts
The liaison between all youth teams, attends Committee meetings to provide a report on the section.
- Girls and Ladies Teams Contact
Attends and represents the club at all Notts Girls and Ladies League meetings and votes when required as instructed by the committee in the best interests of the club.

11. Little Kickers 4-6 years & Development Coordinator
The liaison between all youth teams in this age group, attends committee meetings to provide a report on the section. Provides pathway from little kickers to team football at U7
12. Child Welfare Officer
Provides all members of the club with advice and guidance in matters concerning abuse, racial discrimination, bullying and any other action that the club deems to be in confpct with its codes of conduct.
The child welfare officer will have attended the FA child protection course and be CRB checked to enhanced standard and will continue to attend where required future training courses.
13. Child Welfare officer
Provides the club with a substitute Child Welfare Officer to fulfil those duties when required.
14. Parent Committee Members
Creates and link between parents/guardians with the club committee and attends club committee meetings to give views on the operation of the club from a parent/guardian view point.
