Well what an exciting end to the season with Longballalona and Smoking Pistols going into the final weekend tied for 1st place. So it was all down to last minute tinkering, final transfers, selection of captain!! Peter Worrall with Smoking Pistols kept his nerve and as last year’s winner showed his experience and crept ahead of Adrian Boyce’s Longballalona who’s punt on Daniel Sturridge didn’t come off – never trust a Liverpool player to deliver!
So it ended with Smoking Pistols becoming League Champion for a second season (of course you’re banned now Peter for being too good!!), so £100 will be winging its way to you, and £50 and congratulations to Longballalona who has moreless been at the top most of the season for the Runner Up position
