Georgia Nelson began playing football for Calverton MW FC at U7 and continued to play through to U16.
Georgia sadly died last October from type 1 Diabetes which she had from age 10.
Since her death, her friend and club team mate, Lottie Swinscoe has been raising money in her memory, so far Lottie has raised a fantastic £9,362 but desperately wants to get to £10,000.
