The committee are looking for someone to take on a dual role within the club of Committee meeting minutes Secretary and also Database Coordinator. The Committee hold 5 meetings a year Bi-Monthly and the AGM and we would like to have a permanent person who will take the minutes of each meeting and produce a draft copy for distribution. Also we could add the role of Database Coordinator or make this a separate role depending on responses. Alison Sturgess maintains the Database at present and will continue to do so, but would like someone to take on the role if possible. We also would like to expand the database to include all team contacts including parents so that we can have more direct contact with all members of the club.
