GSB U14 Girls produced a dramatic comeback to knock Nottingham Forest out of the NGLFL Cup at the Quarter Final stage. 2-0 down at half time, the girls put it to their opponents and got their reward by clawing it back to 2-1 and 2-2 forcing the game into extra time. Both teams had chances to win it but it wasn’t to be and we went to penalties. We actually missed our first 2 penalties but thanks to some amazing goalkeeping managed to win 3-1 and cap of an amazing comeback.
